UC Baby offers an interesting service where you can get pictures and videos of your unborn baby in 3D. It's not cheap, but it's a fun concept...

The scary part is they offer Heartbeat Bear (plays the sound of your baby's heartbeat) and Baby Forever (create a doll of your baby!)
